This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Elaine Lindsey who was born in New York and passed away on April 19, 2004. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Elaine,

The very first day I met you, I knew that we would be dear friends. I was working at Countyside with a new trainee Elaine. She has running around like a whirlwind, trying to remember everything that needed to be done. I wasn't too sure about her, she was very self confident, and liked doing things her own way. About half way through our shift, she looked at me and told me that she was drier than a "popcorn fart". I knew from that moment on that we would be best friends. That very night she invited me to "craft night". I love crafts and couldn't wait to go, she introduced me to her family and friends, and I soon discovered that not much crafting went on at all. There were 9 or 10 of us, and we did alot of laughing, alot of Home Interior and Avon buying and alot of coffee drinking.  But mostly I remember your laughter. I remember when you told us that Debbie Quinn didn't know if she was coming to craft night because had a hemerroid out, so we should not mention how she was sitting, but Debbie had told her she had a headlight out. LOL hahhaha. You sang like a bird, you loved your family and friends just the same, you welcomed me into your home, your family your life. you were never afaid to try anything, even wearing a balloon hat and getting sang to even if it wasn't your birthday. When you wanted to go up north to see Doris, Larry and the family, you invited me along, and they welcomed me as one of their own. I think about you every day and I love and miss you my friend.
